Kessel Run: 5/16

Posted by Andrew on Thursday, May 14, 2009 · Leave a Comment

$5 gets you a card, tasty goodness, and bragging rights. Map will be provided.

A little something different from the usual Alleycat. The premise is straightforward: race from Albany to a point in Troy, then back to an endpoint in Albany.

Water will be available and plentiful at the Troy checkpoint. There may be tasty things as well. Details on tasty goodness will be added as they are arranged.

Registration starts at 2pm, race starts at 3pm. Troy checkpoint closes at 5pm, so if you can’t make 5mph to Troy and up that hell hill you may be SOL. Race ends at my favorite dive.

If you’re worried about bonking, bring $1.50 for bus fare for the 22.
